A gift may only be a material object, but when chosen correctly, its sentiment can speak volumes. To help you find the right gift, we have created a collection of Gift Sets. Each of these carefully considered sets is inspired by the spirits of people we love — but you may indeed recognise someone too. From the natural host or burgeoning chef, here is where you can find their next favourite item.

When is the last chance to order gifts before the holidays?

To ensure you receive your gifts in time for the holidays, please place your order before 20th of December at 3pm CET for those outside of Europe. For those inside Europe, orders can be placed until 21st of December at 3pm CET.

When will gifts be shipped within Europe?

All orders within Europe are typically shipped within two business days, although please allow up to four days during the holiday season. You can expect delivery 1-2 business days after your item has been shipped. For more details, please see our Shipping & Delivery guidance page here.

When will gifts be shipped outside Europe?

All orders to the rest of the world are typically shipped within two business days, although please allow up to four days during the holiday season. You can expect delivery 3-5 business days after your item has been shipped. For more details, please see our Shipping & Delivery guidance page here.

Will my order be gift wrapped?

All Gift Sets in our Gifting collection arrive with Tekla gift wrapping for you to present your gift in. The packaging is, however, packed separately to ensure it avoids creases or other damages on its journey to you. 

Depending on the item, you will either receive a Tekla ribbon or Tekla paper bag to present your gift in. The only exception is the Down collection which arrives in dust bags — we unfortunately do not offer any wrapping at this stage due to their size.

Can I return a gift?

We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after the items have arrived at their destination. During the holiday season, we offer extended returns up to 31st of January 2022. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when purchasing the gifts. For more details, please see our Returns guidance page here.

Can I exchange a gift?

If an item is loved but the wrong size or colour, it can be exchanged. Exchanges can be arranged via customercare@teklafabrics.com, currently at the cost of the customer.

How do I return my gifts?

We are pleased to assist with any returns up until 31st January for all orders placed between 15th of November until 31st of December, 2021. Please return all items and gifts in their original condition along with all packaging, tags and invoices.

Please note that the items are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse. The items returned should not be used or have any damage and must be returned with original tags and packaging.
