Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist who will support the daily execution and delivery of Ecommerce tasks and projects. You will play a critical role in executing activations, product launches and updates aimed at delivering an engaging experience. You will also support our conversion rate enhancing efforts and onsite engagement initiatives, via product and content performance monitoring. You must possess visual, technical, and analytical abilities that can be put into action to support our website experience. The successful candidate will work along Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams and is proficient in online selling, applying a data-driven approach that will ensure continuous customer experience improvement. 

You will report to the Head of Ecommerce and will join an international team of experts, who work with the brand and the customer at heart in their efforts to elevate our direct-to-consumer business.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • – Leading and executing on daily Ecommerce activities.

  • – Supporting the implementation of campaigns, by optimising content, products, PLPs and launching landing pages as required.

  • – Briefing of homepage assets in accordance with trade and marketing calendar, as well as ad hoc trade reactions.

  • – Run an A/B testing roadmap to identify best performing content and layouts.

  • – Building and maintaining the ecommerce product catalogue (including but not limited to: pricing, filter attribution, copy, cross sell and upsell setup and maintenance).

  • – Reviewing product categorisation, ensuring products are correctly placed on site and building new onsite categories when required.

  • – Performing daily site walks carrying out quality control across each site to ensure product information, images and prices are displayed correctly.

  • – Supporting the definition and implementation of our technical and content SEO roadmaps.

  • – Supporting the Product Owner with onsite testing and defining technical briefs.

  • – Collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete journey mapping and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • – Deliver regular performance analysis, insights, and recommendations to optimise online experience and sales.

  • – Staying up to date with industry trends to continuously improve our ecommerce strategy and provide feedback on innovative ideas.

We’d love to hear from you, if you are / have: 

  • – 2+ years’ experience in working within an ecommerce / digital environment in a similar role is required, with an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and a strong grasp of user experience

  • – Excellent numerical skills and advanced Excel and web analytics tools

  • – Proficient with CMS and A/B testing tools

  • – The ability to effectively translate brand values and guidelines into the digital space

  • – Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Brand & Community Manager

The Brand & Community Manager will be responsible for growing Tekla's brand presence across externally facing channels, in particular Social Media and Community based activations, in alignment with our overall business and marketing objectives. You will strengthen Tekla's global communities across key cities and locations, driving brand engagement, fostering new relationships and opportunities, while also supporting the translation of brand experiences into meaningful social media content.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will grow communities through hosting brand experiences, fostering cultural relationships, and also capturing 'on-the-ground' brand content moments, contributing to the brand voice across Social Media channels, in line with the vision set and owned by Creative teams. You will work closely with the Creative team, contributing to social media content in line with the brand ambition, and with PR, Wholesale and Retails teams, supporting their community events and activations.

You will actively participate in diverse creative communities, such as design, art, architecture, music, fashion, literature and food, and foster relationships in global settings and key cultural cities such as Paris, New York, London, Tokyo and Berlin. A natural host you will thrive in social settings bringing warmth and energy to brand moments, while understanding how to translate physical events and experiences into digital narratives that resonate across Social Media channels.

You will present ideas and initiatives that will enable Tekla to partner with culturally significant communities across creative fields, creating unique brand moments, building partnerships for Tekla and supporting the growth of meaningful connections with KOLs, people of influence and key cultural tastemakers.

The role is a senior ambassador of Tekla values both within the company and externally, and should display a high level of professionalism and camaraderie with fellow Tekla employees, clients and external partners at all times.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to join us full time, however, due to the unique position of this role, we are open to proposals such as part-time and remote contracts with regular travel to Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • − Host and participate in creating unique Tekla brand experiences such as events, dinners, 1:1 appointments and other community-building moments

  • − Translate Tekla brand experiences into meaningful digital narratives across social media platforms

  • − Capture 'on-the-ground' content moments and contribute to the social media strategy in line with the brand vision set by Creative teams

  • − Introduce creative thought leaders to the Tekla brand, building relationships across Paris, New York, London, Tokyo, Berlin and Copenhagen

  • − Actively connect Tekla with and support creative communities including food, music, art, architecture, design and literature

  • − Partner with internal teams and support their external brand initiatives, finding moments to strengthen brand connection and grow communities

  • − Support the Marketing calendar and other business projects, finding moments to further strengthen their impact through activations and social content moments

  • − Actively contribute to social media channels, growing audiences through organic content

  • − Collaborate with Creative teams in creating social media content strategies that resonate

  • − This role requires regular international travel across Europe, North America and Asia

Senior Art Director

We are seeking a talented Senior Art Director to join us at our office in Copenhagen. The role sits within the Studio and as part of Tekla’s creative team. The purpose of this team is to execute on the creative concepts, defined by the Creative Lead. Working in the intersection between Creative and Commercial, the team collaborates closely with the Creative leads, Design and Marketing on presenting the products and bringing compelling storytelling to Tekla’s customers and community.

The Senior Art Director must deliver strong and original concepts that balance our customer-driven ambitions of the commercial teams with our sensitive work on brand essence. In practice, this means having the commercial expectations in mind when executing on photoshoots, as the daily work will mainly be focused around the creation of campaigns, lookbooks and various creative projects.

A key responsibility of the Senior Art Director is to drive the content creation for all digital touchpoints, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. We expect the role to deliver powerful concepts that work across all platforms, and own projects from start to finish, where assets are distributed to the wider team.

Another significant responsibility is to drive research and creative ideations, to be presented to the Creative Lead. This includes concepts, mood, locations, photographers, talent, specific content and roll-out ideas and more. This position reports directly to the Head of Creative Operations, with a dotted line to the Creative Lead.

Ultimately, the Senior Art Director is responsible for the quality of concepts, experiences and assets while being hands-on in creative development, art direction and execution of content.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • – Work alongside the Creative Lead to drive exceptional conceptual thinking and execution for campaigns and projects in line with the brand voice and guidelines

  • – Development of Tekla’s visual language in everything from campaigns to lookbooks, packshots and video

  • – Conduct and drive research on all development of Tekla’s visual identity

  • – Drive the creative concept and execution of lookbook and packshots

  • – Play a key role in the production of the concepts defined by Creative Lead and according to marketings’s handover

  • – Create roll-out plans accordingly to Marketing briefs and calendar

  • – Oversee asset finalisation

  • – File preparation and management - ensure all work is filed and easily accessible as archives when required

  • – Relevant experience as a senior creative for a well-renowned brand

  • – A proven ability to develop and competently present ideas that inspire and generate enthusiasm

  • – Comprehensive cultural knowledge and able to bridge these opportunities to Tekla and our projects
