Head of Ecommerce

The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible to plan and develop Tekla’s digital excellence, frictionless commerce, and strong brand experience, while ensuring all activities are brand enhancing and in line with the brand priorities.

In this role, you will own the seasonal budgets according to the overall commercial strategy and objectives. You will drive Tekla’s digital growth strategies and balance P/L related to this.

You will be working cross-functionally with all functions, and you will be expected to integrate the online business with the marketing and branding initiatives, by closely collaborating with the Creative Director and Head of Brand who own the creative direction of the company.

The role is an ambassador of Tekla values both within the company and should display a high level of professionalism and camaraderie with fellow Tekla employees, clients, and external partners.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • - Manage, mentor, and guide the following teams: Product, Content Coordination & Customer Service

  • - Drive the Ecommerce strategy to enable optimal customer experience and commercial growth

  • - Ensure all traffic channels perform optimally by setting relevant KPIs as well as measuring key metrics

  • - Analyse and report on all digital campaigns and on the traffic and engagement KPIs to the business to influence learnings and future strategies

  • - Analyse site performance metrics and trends alongside Senior Data Analyst to deliver relevant product performance and customer behaviour insights

  • - Lead the commercial planning and purchasing for Ecommerce, as well as monitoring its main business KPIs

  • - Ensure all relevant KPIs and performance insights are shared with relevant stakeholders within the organisation

  • - Lead and establish an analytical-first team

  • - Support optimising the user experience of the website including site navigation, content strategy, customer journey, checkout flow etc. In coordination with the developers, Managing Director and UX/UI responsible

  • - Support the planning of our external web developer team and recommend, implement, and test new developments and ongoing site functionality and systems in accordance with the Ecommerce strategy to maximise the customer experience and drive sales

  • - Source and request brand and product assets to support marketing and Ecommerce activity

  • - Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, PR, and Creative teams to optimise customer experience and ensure brand consistency

We'd love to hear from you if you are / have:

  • - 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an Ecommerce / digital environment

  • - Strong commercial acumen, analytical and reporting experience, result-driven

  • - A collaborative mindset, with an ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with, consult with and influence all levels of the organisation

  • - People management experience and demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and inspire others

  • - A solid understanding of digital technologies, trends, policies and digital best practice

Visual Merchandising Manager

Tekla is looking for a creative and commercially driven Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our VM activities and brand image for the Tekla stores and wholesale counters. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing VM across all physical Tekla touch points, including events and activations.

You will monitor and analyse VM results on a regular basis and own the VM budget. Working closely with the Commercial, Wholesale, Marketing and Art Department you will ensure that Tekla’s VM activities align with our wider commercial and brand objectives. With your strong communication and influencing skills, you will have the opportunity to shape Tekla’s visual image as our business grows.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • - Build and manage the VM budget, including accurate forecasting of expenses

  • - Monitor and evaluate the performance of VM against marketing and retail objectives

Cluster Manager

Tekla is looking for a Cluster Manager to lead Tekla’s retail experience. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for the management and development of our retail teams whilst overseeing the commercial success of the stores.

You will play an integral part in Tekla’s growth as you will lead the operational and commercial aspects of our first retail stores locally and internationally.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, kind, motivated and excited about working in an ambitious environment, where we aim to redefine modern luxury. You will share to our customers your knowledge of quality textile products and act as an ambassador of the brand.

You must enjoy taking on responsibility and possess a natural curiosity towards people's needs and have the ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams. In this role, you will be required to oversee all operational and financial aspects of a cluster of stores, contributing to Tekla’s commercial success.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • - Oversee all store operations including sales, inventory management, financial reconciliation, visual merchandising etc.

  • - Review and analyse KPIs, budgets and other reporting requirements, and turn them into supporting action plans to reach commercial objectives

  • - Recruit, coach and develop a team of talented retail consultants

  • - Drive the quality and standard of brand execution in the stores

  • - Monitor monthly P&L statements to identify and implement strategies to manage controllable expenses and drive profitability in stores

  • - Review inventory management processes, supporting Store Managers in minimising stock loss, managing inventory and conducting effective stock-takes

  • - Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems and work with the Commercial Director or other key stakeholders to implement the changes

Tekla is looking for a Retail Consultant to join our team in our first brick and mortar store, in Copenhagen.

PR & Communications Intern (6-Months)

As part of our on-going commitment to provide learning opportunities to ambitious individuals, we are seeking a PR & Communications Intern to join our team.

We are looking to expand our press and communications efforts with a dedicated and talented intern. You should be an organised person, not afraid to do a wide range of tasks when needed, but also remain proactive within your area of responsibility. As part of a small company, the position holds significant responsibility, where you will be working closely with our PR & Communications Manager. Most importantly, you are motivated to work with Tekla as a brand and business, helping us to continue our strong growth.

This is a full-time paid internship, offered for a period of 6-months. Starting from the 1st of September 2022, you will be required to work 4-5 days per week.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • - Organising sample requests and returns (loans)

  • - Keeping the showroom and creative space always presentable and tidy

  • - Updating our media & KOL contacts

  • - Assist with internal coordination of content across print and digital publications

  • - Assisting research for marketing & community strategies according to the Tekla’s roadmap

  • - Assisting research for new ambassadors

  • - Coordinate all KOL marketing practicalities, with support from PR & Communications Manager

Junior UX/UI Designer – Student Assistant

Tekla is looking for an ambitious and talented UX/UI Designer to join us. You will be a part of the ecommerce team, working on elevating and optimising the customer experience for teklafabrics.com. You will act as a key driver in delivering a distinct yet coherent experience across our digital platform, reaching the desired harmony between frictionless commerce and an engaging brand experience.

In this role you will be required to collaborate with different stakeholders across the business. UX and UI accounts for all consumer facing aspects of our digital platforms and the digital consumer journey needs to be well aligned and consistent with the brand presentation across our other touchpoints.

This is a part time position, working 20-hours per week.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • - UX/UI design, bigger projects, and ongoing improvements

  • - Enhance and maintain our design system/guidelines

  • - In close collaboration with our Product Owner, validate ideas and improvements, through usability / user testing and A/B test results

  • - Work with marketing to deliver engaging experiences around key moments in our activation calendar, e.g., collaborations

  • - Collaborate with our CRM Manager to ensure customer journeys are elevated as part of the buying and brand experience
