We currently ship to the following countries:

  • – EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland (2-3 business days)

  • – US and Canada (3-5 business days)

  • – Japan and South Korea (3-5 business days)

  • – Rest of world (5-7 business days)

Below you can see the shipping prices depending on where your home is. 

USA – Shipping rates (excl. VAT) and delivery time:

  • FedEx Standard Home Delivery: 20 USD

  • FedEx Express Home Delivery: 35 USD

  • Estimated delivery time for standard delivery is 3-5 business days and 2-3 business days for express delivery.

  • Free shipping for orders above 300 USD

  • Please note that additional import and custom charges might apply for orders where total order value exceeds 800 USD. Therefore, we recommend to split your order when ordering.

  • Total order value is calculated prior to, if any, promo codes being applied during check-out.

DENMARK – Shipping rates (incl. VAT) and delivery time:

  • GLS Standard Home Delivery: 45 DKK

  • GLS Standard Parcel Shop Delivery: 35 DKK

  • Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

  • Free standard shipping for orders above 1.000 DKK.

UNITED KINGDOM – Shipping rates (incl. VAT) and delivery time – taxes and import duties included:

CANADA – Shipping rates (excl. VAT) and delivery time:

WORLDWIDE – Shipping rates (excl. VAT) and delivery time:

  • DHL Express Home Delivery ODD: 45€

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you might be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Tekla cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Order status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code, where you will be able to track your order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to work. If you have an account on teklafabrics.com website, you will be able to track your order under 'Order history' section for each order that has been shipped.

If in doubt, please contact customercare@teklafabrics.com and include your order number as a reference.

Pre-orders

All pre-orders are subject to the same terms as regular orders. As such, when purchasing a product on pre-order, the payment is fully deducted when placing the order. You, as a customer, have full refund rights prior to the pre-order being shipped. Shipment is processed when you receive the invoice for the pre-order and tracking number. After this, the standard return rights apply to the pre-order.

Tekla gladly accepts returns within 30 days of the date of receiving. Products should be returned new, unused, and with all Tekla tags intact.

Tekla will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses are covered by the customer.

Please act according to the return guidance on the Returns page or on the note included in the package. Otherwise, you can always contact customercare@teklafabrics.com to arrange the return of the product(s).

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

You are liable for any possible deterioration of the product’s value caused when trying on the product(s). You may try the product in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the product is used in any other way than described in the above we consider the product as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned products will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the product(s), minus any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for products lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Return information

Returns

How to return my order?

We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 30 days from the day you received your parcel. Please follow online guidance in the Returns section to proceed with your return and purchase a return label, as return labels are not included as a part of the order.

You are also welcome to send the items directly back to us via your choice of carrier. Please select a home delivery option and send your parcel to:

Please note that the products are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse. The products returned should not be used or have any damage and must be returned with original tags, packaging along with a return invoice. In addition to that, costs associated with returning items will be deducted from the refund.

Can I return a part of the order?

Yes, you may return the full order or part of the order. Please follow the guidance for returning the items via Returns page.

We are also happy to assist with a return if you are not satisfied with your order no later than 30 days from the day you received the order.

Can I exchange an order?

We are happy to assist you with an exchange of your items, up until 30 days after receiving your order.

Please contact our customer care to arrange for an exchange. For orders placed in Denmark, we also offer exchanges in our store at Vognmagergade 7, opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your order number in order for us to process your exchange.

How do I exchange an order?

Please reach out to our customer care to arrange your exchange.

When arranging exchanges, we cover the cost of the return shipping so that you will only pay for the shipping of the new products. Moreover, additional products can be added to your exchange.

Products returned should not be used or have any damage and must be returned with original tags and packaging.

Can I exchange or return an online order in the store?

You can also exchange an order by reaching out to our customer care team. Tekla Copenhagen can currently not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to the credit card that was initially used to place the order.

Please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return and refund.
