Extended returns and free exchanges

In case your gift wasn’t right, we offer extended returns until 31 January and free shipping for exchanges.

Complimentary gift wrapping

Orders can be wrapped in complimentary, custom gift wrapping.

To receive gift wrapping, please select “Add complimentary gift wrapping” at checkout. Gift sets are automatically packed in gift boxes.

Personalised gift notes

Add a personal message to your order or receive a blank card to write at home.

Extended customer service hours

To help resolve your issues faster, customer service has extended opening hours during December. 

Monday-Wednesday: 9am-8.30pm (CET+1)

Thursday-Friday: 9am-5pm (CET+1)

Saturday-Sunday: Closed

Please note, customer service is closed 24-26 December, 31 December and 1 January.
