Tekla pieces are designed to last. However, a little goes a long way when it comes to properly caring for your bedding. By following these simple care instructions, your pieces will last longer and cause less impact on the planet.

• Air out sheets between use.
• Pull your duvet back before making your bed each morning.
• Wash sheets once per week to remove natural oils and sweat that can stain and damage fabric.
• Use low temperatures and a low spin cycle to preserve the fabric and reduce energy usage.
• Wash light and dark colours separately to prevent colour transfer.
• Use mild, environmentally friendly detergent without bleach or fabric softeners.
• Line dry where possible to preserve the fabric and colour, otherwise tumble dry on a low heat.
• Spot clean stains as soon as possible.

The sateen bedding collection is crafted with a 100% organic cotton fabric. Woven with a high thread count for a soft finish with lustre. The extra-long fibres used guarantee a gentle hand feel and reduce pilling.
