We currently ship to the following countries:
Denmark (1-2 days)
EU + Norway & Switzerland (2-3 days)
USA & Canada (2-4 days delivery, express shipping)
Japan, South Korea, Singapore & Hong Kong (2-4 days delivery, express shipping)
Australia & New Zealand (2-4 days delivery, express shipping)

We want to make sure you feel safe and that you have all the information you need to make sure you get the products you desire - ask us anything you want.
Below you can see the shipping prices that will be applied depending on where you are shipping too - Please note, that additional cost, such as customs and import fees are only due for customers purchasing from outside the EU.
DENMARK - Shipping rates & delivery time:
GLS courier service - Parcel Shop & Home Delivery: Free for orders above 750 kr. Otherwise 60 kr. for Parcel Shops and 100 kr. for home delivery. Standard delivery time 1-2 days.
EU - Shipping rates & delivery time:
GLS courier service & Local partner Free for orders above 100 €. Otherwise 15 € for shipping. Standard delivery time: 2-4 days
WORLDWIDE - Shipping rates & delivery time:
UPS or DHL courier service - Order Email will specify this. Free for orders above 350€. Otherwise shipping fee is 25 €. Standard delivery time 2-4 days. Packages to outside the EU are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed in customs.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders within EU will include 25% VAT (DK Tax) charged on them - the Danish VAT of 25% is deducted on international orders (outside EU).
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Tekla ApS cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you.
You can always reach out for a status on your order. Please contact email@example.com and include your order # as a reference.
The tracking number for your shipment will be included in the invoice email once the order is shipped.
All pre-orders are subject the same terms as regular Orders, cf. Terms.
Furthermore, when purchasing a product on Pre-order, the payment is fully captured when placing the order. The Customer has full refund rights prior to the pre-order being shipped. Shipment is processed when the Customer receives the invoice for the pre-order and tracking number.
Hereafter, the standard return rights applies to the pre-order.
Tekla gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Tekla tags.
Tekla will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses are covered by the customer.
Please act according to the return guidance on the note included in the package. Otherwise, you can always contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return of the product(s).
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of trying the item. You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above we consider the item as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.
